The Firepit Garden

The concept for the garden of The Nordic Home is based on the desire for an outdoor entertainment space, where both adults and children can enjoy the fresh air in an enchanting setting. Another important element in the garden that deserved our attention was the open character of the garden; due to a field overlooking the garden, we designed a unique backwall that surrounds the garden with privacy.

The design incorporates a backwall that not only provides privacy but also enhances the garden's aesthetics.

A steel frame with playful lighting creates a cosy atmosphere in the lush, grass-covered playground. The custom-made firepit with a luxurious lounge area that is centrally located in the garden, immediately invites you to take a seat. A flower garden is created at the entrance of the house, creating an oasis of colour and opulence upon entering the garden.

We played with the different levels in the garden to give it an aesthetic look and a practical function. In combination with the brickwork, we have incorporated natural wood in the furniture and in the backwall, giving the garden a natural look that matches the architecture of the house.
