The modernist young family residing in this 1930s home loves to kook, play records, and spend time with the family. To create their space, we were asked to keep it modern, light, and calm, but cosy. With a kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and a living room that can be enjoyed as a family.

The Scandinavian ethos, rooted in a down-to-earth feel, came to life through the integration of natural elements.

For The Nordic Home, we have created a soft Scandinavian theme for the ground floor, with a tonal palette in shades of beige and emerald als the accent colour.

To contrast the soft feel of the living spaces, we have redesigned the hallway in a darker Scandinavian theme. Where the emerald accent colour really pops on the doors, the custom-built wardrobe, and the staircase. The Nordic Home stands as a testament to Chapters' ability to create spaces that not only cater to functional needs but also resonate with the lifestyle and preferences of the families that inhabit them.
