We take in the total concept of the project. We look at the architecture and the history of the building, as well as your lifestyle. A custom-designed kitchen or bathroom, statement pieces, or exceptional design elements can be integrated into the interior design plan. Together, we can create a home that suits you. From the lighting to the power sockets, from the coffee corner to the walk-in wardrobe. We look at every little detail of your life to create spaces that speak to you and tell your story.
We schedule an extensive visit on location, to review the floorplan with you and, if possible, view the building and the spaces. We discuss your wishes and your budget, as well as your furniture, and discuss which pieces you want to keep in your new interior. After the visit we will take the measurements of your space(s) and deliver a floorplan.
Prior to our visit, we ask you to start visualising your new interior – to think about what you truly want or cannot live without in your home. Inspirational photos are always welcome.
In this step, we organise a presentation at our office, or online, to present the concept to you. After the presentation we will discuss alterations and make corrections if needed.
After the visit in which we have discussed all the details, we are going to work on the layout plan and work out a complete concept for your new interior, including a mood board.

In this step, we work out two different scenarios for the new floorplan, including the layout.
In this step, we schedule a presentation at our office, to present you with the 3D renders of your space(s) and show you the samples of the materials. Look into your newly designed interior and truly experience your new home.
In this step, we create the complete 3D drawing of the space(s) in your home including the furniture and design the custom-elements such as the kitchen or bathroom.
In this step, we make an appointment with you to discuss the custom-made details of your new interior, which can include the kitchen, the bathroom, or another exceptional element of your space.
After the second presentation, we hold two correction rounds to make alterations to your space(s).
After our appointment, we are going to work out the custom-made elements of your new interior. We will draw up the construction drawings and request quotations.
In this step, we present you with the final render of your new interior, including a material plan and a colour plan.
Once we have delivered the final drawings and the floorplan, we create a material plan and a furniture plan to discuss with you.
In this step, we make up all the floorplans and drawings for construction, including a lighting plan for all electricity, which we will discuss and alter with you on site.
We supply you with a pricelist of all the suppliers.
In the finalisation of the project, all plans are made final.

Roeby is the offspring of a small fashion empire. Her ambition to work in the creative field was instilled in her from a young age, which led her to become the youngest creative at Chapters. As a side project, Roeby runs an online vintage living shop, a hobby she shared with her grandfather and named after him. Roeby is creative, chatty and always upbeat.
Joana is the founder of Chapters. She was born in Portugal and rose to her potential in her early twenties, when she became the creative director of an advertising agency whilst she was still in school. Combining work and her studies have shaped Joana to become the multi-talented entrepreneur she is today. She is a closeted shopaholic and loves her bulldogs more than anything. Joana is very driven, dedicated and always thoughtful.
