We schedule a visit on location with you, to view the space(s), discuss your wishes, and your budget. We also discuss your furniture - the pieces to keep and the pieces to replace. After the visit we will take the measurements of your space(s) in order to work out multiple floorplans.
Prior to our visit, we ask you to start visualising your new interior – to think about what you truly want or cannot live without in your home. Inspirational photos are always welcome.
In this step, we organise a presentation at our office, or online, to present the concept to you. After the presentation we will discuss alterations and make corrections if needed.
After the visit in which we have discussed all the details, we are going to work on the layout plan and work out a complete concept for your new interior, including a mood board.
In this step, we schedule a presentation, to present you with the 3D renders of your space(s) and show you the samples of the materials. Look into your newly designed interior and truly experience your new home.
In this step, we create the 3D drawing of the space(s) in your home and design the custom-elements such as the kitchen or bathroom.
In the final step, we present you with the final renders of your new interior. In these renders you can see which colours are assigned to which area, you can see the wallpapers, the lighting, the furniture, and the decorations. In this step, you are presented with the lighting plan, the color plan, the material plan and the upholstery plan.
After the second presentation, we hold two correction rounds in which we discuss your alterations to the design. All colours, lighting and material are already worked out in this plan – we have carefully curated each wallpaper, each lamp, and each piece of furniture for you and worked these into the design, to show you the home that tells your story.
All quotations are requested from our suppliers and presented to you in a pricelist.

Roeby is the offspring of a small fashion empire. Her ambition to work in the creative field was instilled in her from a young age, which led her to become the youngest creative at Chapters. As a side project, Roeby runs an online vintage living shop, a hobby she shared with her grandfather and named after him. Roeby is creative, chatty and always upbeat.
Joana is the founder of Chapters. She was born in Portugal and rose to her potential in her early twenties, when she became the creative director of an advertising agency whilst she was still in school. Combining work and her studies have shaped Joana to become the multi-talented entrepreneur she is today. She is a closeted shopaholic and loves her bulldogs more than anything. Joana is very driven, dedicated and always thoughtful.
