In the first Chapter, we do our desk research. We delve into your company and analyze your brand, your market, and your target audience, in order to determine the right course for your business interior.
This is where we meet and discuss your interior wishes and budget. This is the start of your leading brand interior.
Chapter 3 includes an extensive interactive session of 4 hours, in which we discuss the interior concepts we propose that result from the data collected within the Complexity session. We delve deeper into your spaces and your business vision and work together towards your ideal interior concept.
Chapter 2 includes an extensive inspiring session of 4 hours, in which we gain insight into your company values, your future goals and the desired customer journey together, in order to work towards a working interior.
In Chapter 5 we determine the contours of your business interior and develop the layout and interior concept into construction drawings, including the lighting and electrical plan.
In Chapter 4 we present you with the chosen style according to our vision, which brings you closer to your goals — and present the layout that fully embraces your customer journey. From this step we set out the creative strategy for your business interior.
In Chapter 7 we design your entire business interior in 3D, including realistic renders. This way you can really see your interior design dream come to life.
We further develop the concept in Chapter 5. We design the entire atmosphere, determine the colours, materials, and furniture aesthetic. In this step we literally colour the concept and shape it as a whole.
Depending on the type of agreement, this is the moment when we contact all parties to help realise your business interior and we start the construction of your interior concept.
Based on the approved interior plan and the agreed budget, we will concretise the interior plan in furniture, materials, floors, and wall coverings. The customised elements will be drawn up and quoted.After we have made any corrections and received final approval of the plan, we will work out the final interior plan in 3D one last time, so that you can carry out your business interior with confidence.
We complete the project with a complete styling of your business interior, in which we pay attention to even the smallest detail. From the candles on the table to the hand soap and guest towels in the restroom; Chapters provides a full-service styling of your business interior.

Roeby is the offspring of a small fashion empire. Her ambition to work in the creative field was instilled in her from a young age, which led her to become the youngest creative at Chapters. As a side project, Roeby runs an online vintage living shop, a hobby she shared with her grandfather and named after him. Roeby is creative, chatty and always upbeat.
Joana is the founder of Chapters. She was born in Portugal and rose to her potential in her early twenties, when she became the creative director of an advertising agency whilst she was still in school. Combining work and her studies have shaped Joana to become the multi-talented entrepreneur she is today. She is a closeted shopaholic and loves her bulldogs more than anything. Joana is very driven, dedicated and always thoughtful.
